Delivery
Corum currently operates as a “closed-door” pharmacy, meaning that we are not open to the general public. One advantage of this is that all medications are delivered directly to the patient, saving you a trip to the pharmacy! To ensure prompt delivery, we have our own team of drivers who make scheduled deliveries based on your needs. We offer twice daily deliveries on weekdays and evening deliveries on weekends and holidays, as well as emergency deliveries as needed.
Hours
We are proud to be open 365 days a year! We understand that life doesn’t just stop on weekends or holidays. The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8AM-9PM, Saturday-Sunday 9AM-5PM, and Holidays 9AM-5PM. During these hours, we are directly available to answer phone calls. Need us outside of these hours? Send us a message and we will get back to you the next business day.
On-call
Corum offers an on-call service to our nursing and assisted living facilities. We have both a pharmacist and IV nurse on-call 24/7/365 should an emergency arise. We are always accessible when you need us most.

Pharmacy Software Systems
Corum works diligently to continuously optimize our pharmacy workflow and processes with the help of several industry-leading software systems. We are able to enhance medication safety, efficacy, and billing utilizing these systems, as well as streamline communication with our clients via the interfacing abilities of these systems.
FrameworkLTC, FrameworkECM and FrameworkPOD:
Corum has partnered with Softwriters for their integrated state of the art pharmacy system solution. LTC is the backbone of the system, ECM is the paperless document management system, and POD allows us to prepare and track our deliveries using barcode technology. Together they allow Corum to effectively and efficiently process all medication orders from the time they are received through delivery, giving us more time for medication reviews and other clinical processes.
RxPertise:
Another Softwriters product, RxPertise, is the software system used by our consultant pharmacists for chart reviews and other clinical processes at the nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and others. It seamlessly integrates with the Framework suite of software products and helps make the medication review process accurate and efficient.
Electronic Health Records (EHR):
Whether our long-term care and assisted living partners use MatrixCare, PointClickCare, or any other available EHR software, Corum can easily integrate them into our pharmacy system workflow to facilitate effective communication and medication management services.
Net-Rx:
A software product from another Corum partner, Managed Healthcare Associates (MHA), Net-Rx provides a platform for advanced pharmacy business analytics that helps drive financial performance though reconciliation, reimbursement verification, and prescription pricing.
